Space for this course is limited to 22 students.
Participants all lend a hand to help with daily tasks to keep the retreat center and gardens tidy; approximately 45 minutes per day.

Karl is an American teacher known around the world for his friendly style, humor, and extensive knowledge and insights. He conducts courses and retreats in Hawaii, USA, Canada, and Europe. He has studied meditation with Zen masters Keido Fukushima and Joan Halifax, and he has extensive training and certifications in the Jivamukti Yoga, Tibetan Heart Yoga, and Thai massage traditions. more at www.karlstraub.com
