Tibetan Heart Yoga Workshop

Karl Straub is the European executive director of the Yoga Studies Institute, headquartered in Arizona. The Yoga Studies Institute was founded by Christie McNally and Geshe Michael Roach, the first American to earn a Geshe (similar to PhD) degree from a Tibetan monastery. In addition to the 3-day workshop, Straub will deliver a free lecture, Wild Yogis: The Mahasiddhas, on Thursday, June 30 at 19:30. This free talk is open to the public. The Thai bodywork course will include demonstrations and student practicum in several techniques of this healing tradition. Both courses are open to all levels of students from beginner to advanced.
