Every beautiful room has its own private bathroom, fine quality linens, and thoughtful design. The grand and elegantly restored finca is surrounded by fragrant gardens, outdoor pool, a brand new spa with SAUNA, palm trees, juice bar, and beautiful dedicated yoga shala!  Peaceful secure location with professional staff and chef, located in a lovely historic village, Santanyí, with colorful shops, and street markets. Beaches, hidden coves, and nature preserves and walking trails within 15 to 30 minutes drive. A rental car is recommended for those who like to explore the area. Get in touch with nature and your true Self. No crowds of tourists here! Massages, snacks and drinks (outside the usual meal times) available, additional cost. The hotel has also has wine and beer available upon request for an additional charge. We suggest everyone in our retreat consider a detox from alcohol during your retreat, however it`s up to you. All are welcome.

Important: to confirm your booking request: submit the registration form, and send within 7 days a non-refundable deposit of €300 per person. Booking requests without timely payment are not guaranteed. In lieu of the deposit, you may pay the full retreat amount if you prefer. In any case, the full amount must be paid no later than 60 days before the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Travel expenses are not included (i.e. airline tickets, rental car). If guest cancels more than 60 days before the event, all paid funds will be returned except the non-refundable €300 deposit. Cancellation 30 to 60 days in advance, 50% refund of amount paid (aside from €300 non-refundable deposit). For guest cancellations within 30 days of the event, no refunds are possible. If entire event must be cancelled, for example due to natural disaster, all fees and deposits paid by the participants will be refunded. Event organizers reserve the option to continue with alternate teacher(s) in the unlikely event that the scheduled teacher(s) are unable to attend due to illness or other emergency.

CHECKIN TIME on arrival day, between 3 – 6 pm. Our first event together is dinner on arrival day at 7:00pm. On departure day, checkout by 11:00. Late arrival or early departure may be arranged, however, please be advised we cannot offer partial refunds for unused days or meals.

MEALS
Excellent vegetarian meals are included in the retreat price. All meals are chef-prepared, delicious vegetarian, buffet style. A few items may include egg and dairy and these will be indicated. No meat and no alcohol are served at the retreat. 

ALLERGIES
If you have any food allergies or special dietary needs, please indicate this on the retreat signup form.

SILENCE
To rebalance mentally and physically we keep silence (no talking) in the mornings and late evenings, while mid-day is free for talking and as you wish.

MINDFULNESS
Cal Reiet radiates beauty and serenity. Our kind hosts and team show grace and hospitality at every turn. Mindfulness all-day is part of our retreat practice, and part of the pleasure is that we slow down, enjoy the fragrant air with each breath, feel the texture of the smooth stones in the garden path, support the staff by taking our own dishes to the service area after meals. Simple details like this make a big difference.

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU: Clothing for warm and cool weather, sun hat, sunglasses, sun screen lotion, rain jacket, sturdy walking shoes or boots, house slippers or pool-side sandals, beach towel.

WHAT IS PROVIDED The retreat has a full assortment of yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, and meditation cushions. Still, for your safety and comfort we recommend that you  bring your own mat if you have one. 

FITNESS: Physical and mental health is presupposed for all participants. If you are under the care of a doctor please inform your instructors. 

PETS No pets allowed at the retreat. We love animals, however the retreat center cannot accommodate pets.
