I am so delighted to return once again for the 11th annual Mountain Yoga Festival, St. Anton! It is a truly stunning location with professional organization that keeps the group limited to a cosy size, not too big, but fitting just right for the natural setting and intimate cosy experience with a meaningful connection to a world-class lineup of great international teachers and a lovely community of like-minded nature-appreciating yogis!
It feels more like a big yoga retreat. It has been a real honor to be part of the teaching team since the beginning. I can`t wait to be there again soon!
