Informationen von Yoga Schweiz (Stand: 17.9.2021)
Der Bundesrat hat am Mittwoch, 8. September 2021, beschlossen, dass ab Montag, 13. September 2021, die Zertifikatspflicht eingeführt wird. Dies aufgrund der angespannten Lage in den Spitälern. Die Zertifikatspflicht gilt im Innern von Restaurants, von Kultur- und Freizeiteinrichtungen sowie an Veranstaltungen in Innenräumen.
Yogaunterricht, der regelmässig in der gleichen Zusammensetzung, als beständige Gruppe und in abgetrennten Räumen durchgeführt wird, ist von der Zertifikatspflicht befreit. Dies gilt für Yogakurse mit bis zu 30 Kursteilnehmern/-innen in Innenräumen. Sollten einzelne Kursteilnehmer/-innen aufgrund von Krankheiten oder Ferien nicht an allen Trainings teilnehmen können, gilt die Gruppe weiterhin als beständig. Ebenfalls möglich ist es, neue Personen ausnahmsweise zu integrieren (z. B. im Rahmen von Schnupperstunden oder wenn Yogalektionen an einem anderen Tag vor- oder nachgeholt werden usw.). Für Kurse ohne Zertifikat müssen weiterhin die Kontaktdaten erfasst und der Abstand eingehalten werden. Draussen kann Yoga ohne jede Vorgabe unterrichtet werden.
Die Zertifikatspflicht hingegen gilt für Yogakurse mit immer wieder wechselnden Kursteilnehmern/-innen sowie für einmalige Workshops (Tagesseminare, Halbtagesseminare, Abende usw.).
Yoga Schweiz empfiehlt den Yogalehrenden, die Hygiene- und Verhaltensregeln und die folgenden Punkte im Unterricht weiterhin zu beachten:
Das Yoga-Schweiz-Plakätli (das Plakätli vom 13. August 2021 ist weiterhin gültig) mit den Empfehlungen für die Kursteilnehmer/-innen gut sichtbar aufhängen (es kann auch ein eigenes Plakat mit demselben Inhalt gestaltet werden).
Beim Eingang Desinfektionslösung bereitstellen.
Die Yogamatten nach jeder Yogastunde desinfizieren und diese Aufgabe bitte nicht an die Kursteilnehmer/-innen delegieren.
So wenig Material wie möglich verwenden und es nach dem Gebrauch desinfizieren. Das Material kann auch mit Tüchern abgedeckt werden.
Den Yogaraum regelmässig lüften.
Auf die Kursteilnehmer/-innen zugehen und ihre Wünsche bezüglich Abstandhalten und Hygienemassnahmen weiterhin ernst nehmen.

Bestimmung Corona-Beauftragte/-r des Yogastudios
Jedes Yogastudio muss eine/-n Corona-Beauftragte/-n bestimmen. Diese Person ist dafür verantwortlich, dass die geltenden Bestimmungen eingehalten werden. Sie muss bei einem positiven Fall sämtliche Teilnehmenden unmittelbar informieren und die Anweisungen der kantonalen Behörden befolgen. In unserem Studio ist dies: Karl Straub, karl@karlstraub.com

Karl Straub Yoga stores a limited amount of personal data about our customers. This data is collected via our online class and event registration form, or in-person by the teachers or administrative staff at Karl Straub Yoga. If you opt to disclose medical health details and emergency contact(s) this information will be used only for the purposes of advising our team, and to share with medical professionals in case of an emergency.

- Consent and the storing of data by Karl Straub Yoga teachers: By giving your permission on the class/workshop registration form you agree to that data being held by your teacher at ‘Karl Straub Yoga’ online or on paper. This is only for the purpose of processing your booking and communicating with your regarding details of the classes, events, courses, or workshops for which you have registered, Emergency Contact information is collected solely for use in an emergency, and only in that case your teacher may contact your designated emergency contact, or your teacher may share this as needed with emergency services. This is the only information that would be shared with a third party, and only in the context of an emergency.
- Consent and the storing and processing of data by ‘Karl Straub Yoga’ for our mailing list: By opting to subscribe to ‘Karl Straub Yoga’ newsletter and events mailing list, you consent to ‘Karl Straub Yoga’ sending you information including newsletters and events calendar by email and you consent to ‘‘Karl Straub Yoga’’ holding your name and email address electronically on our mailing list with Constant Contact or MailChimp or similar newsletter management services. You may unsubscribe from the ‘Karl Straub Yoga’ mailing list at any time by following the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any newsletter email.
